話題分析
這道經(jīng)歷類的新題“遠(yuǎn)距離的步行”，還是相對(duì)比較簡(jiǎn)單的，而且和人物類、地點(diǎn)類及旅游相關(guān)的題目也比較方便串題。
比如說和“想共度時(shí)光的人”（人物類新題）一起“遠(yuǎn)距離步行”
或者“快樂的活動(dòng)”（經(jīng)歷類新題）當(dāng)中有一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)是“遠(yuǎn)距離步行”
再或者以旅游為主題，可以把“早起的經(jīng)歷”（經(jīng)歷類保留題）、“有趣的城市”、“鄉(xiāng)村一隅”、“一個(gè)去過的新地方”、“假期旅游的地方”等等地點(diǎn)類的題目全部串起來。
如果大家對(duì)于這道題沒有太多思路，有幾個(gè)大方向可以給大家參考：
第一種，就是最常見的旅游（可以和很多地點(diǎn)類串題），包括了爬山、在景區(qū)當(dāng)中或者是從一個(gè)景點(diǎn)到另一個(gè)景點(diǎn)。
第二種，突發(fā)情況，比如一時(shí)興起、或者是找錯(cuò)路了、沒有找到自行車等等。
第三種，本身的目的就是走很遠(yuǎn)，比如說學(xué)校/公司的拉練、為了減肥天天走很遠(yuǎn)的路等等。
第一小問“When this happened” 什么時(shí)候的事
交代事件的時(shí)間，可以從故事背景出發(fā)，是出于什么原因引出了下面這段長(zhǎng)距離步行的事件，除此之外可以再交代一下具體時(shí)間，比如是幾年前、幾月份、什么時(shí)間點(diǎn)。
第二小問“Where you walked”你在哪里走的路
這里按照自己講的主題展開，可以先講一下定位，位于什么地方、距離哪里有多遠(yuǎn)；然后講一下沿路的風(fēng)景，如山、水、建筑、特別的地標(biāo)等；最后為了體現(xiàn)是遠(yuǎn)距離，可以說一下走了多久。
第三小問“Who you were with”你和誰一起
這個(gè)小問可以結(jié)合到第一小問當(dāng)中講背景時(shí)一并回答掉，是出于什么原因，和誰進(jìn)行了遠(yuǎn)距離步行，朋友、家人、同事、同學(xué)、陌生人或者是自己獨(dú)自一人。可以對(duì)你們的關(guān)系做適當(dāng)?shù)耐卣?，比如很久不見的朋友，或者是關(guān)系很好的同學(xué)等等。
第四小問“how you felt about this long walk” 你對(duì)此有什么感受
可以從感受變化的角度來聊，分為前期、中期、后期三個(gè)方面去描述自己的心態(tài)變化。舉個(gè)例子，比如爬山，一開始?jí)阎緷M滿，到了中期一度想要放棄，最后還是堅(jiān)持下來非常有成就感。另外不僅可以描述心理變化，還可以結(jié)合身體感受一并聊會(huì)更加合理。

I'd like to talk about a long-distance walking trip I took with my boyfriend last weekend. It's on the second day of the New Year's holiday. We wanted to go for a walk after dinner because it wasn't too cold outside, and there was no haze. The moon happened to be bright and full on that day.
We drove to Orchid Lake Park, a newly opened park near our apartment. The centre of the park is a man-made lake with a fitness trail running alongside it. The path has many street lights, which looks lovely. And many people walk or run here. This park and artificial lake were built for a nearby upscale neighbourhood. Therefore, the facilities there are excellent, and there is a shopping mall not far from the park.
I went to the park with my boyfriend because we had worked late all day and needed to relax, so we decided to go to this park. We wanted to go for a walk and plan where we would go on the last day of our holiday. We took a walk around the lake. This lake is much larger than it appears. We thought we could walk back to our original location in 30 minutes, but we didn't realize we were walking further and further, and it ended up taking us an hour and a half. On the way, we looked for shared bikes to ride back to the car park, but none were available. We were exhausted, our feet hurt, and we were eager to find a massage parlour to unwind. To be honest, we regretted walking the entire distance, and we shouldn't be so silly next time. That's an unforgettable holiday.
