“生活中離不開的東西”是本季度的事物類新題，可能大家一下子想到的就是手機電腦，可是在題目里面就給你否決了??
這個時候就需要你有一顆感恩的心，靜下心來好好去感受一下，其實你身邊有很多默默支持著你卻被你忽略的東西hhhh
以下幾方面供烤鴨們參考：
第一種，日常生活用品類。
大家回想一下每天起床開始的路徑，就會發(fā)現其實有很多東西，比如（隱形）眼鏡、口罩等防護品、護膚品、化妝品、交通卡、眼罩、耳塞等等?；蛘呤歉鶕愕娜粘Ａ晳T來，你習慣每天運動，那離不開運動裝備或者運動設施；你習慣每天看書，那肯定離不開書籍；或者你喜歡每天做飯，那離不開廚房。還有一種就是你喜歡熱愛的事物，比如寵物、游戲機、滑板等等。
第二種，抽象非實物類。
當然，除了實體的東西之外，還有抽象的可以聊，比如你每天都要聽音樂，比如你一個常用的APP或者網站都可以。
第一小問“What it is” 是什么東西
按照上面給大家提供的兩個方向去展開，如果是實體物品的話，可以說一下你比較多使用的是什么品牌、外形特點是什么樣的、你用了多久、你對此類物品的偏好（即購買的時候考慮什么因素）等等。
第二小問“What you do with it”你用它做什么
大家可以從幾個角度考慮，比如功能角度（像護膚品、化妝品等等）對應的功效是什么；還可以從使用場景角度（運動器材、眼睛、耳罩等）你會在什么場景下使用這件物品。
第三小問“How it helps you in your life”它如何在生活中幫到你的
如何在生活中幫到你，這個小問要先給自己營造一個“困境”所以先談我面臨的問題是什么，再談這個物品如何幫你解決，再談感受。比如自己對聲音和光線比較敏感，所以睡覺的時候經常被打擾到而睡不著，那我會選擇使用眼罩和耳塞，遮擋住光線和阻擋住聲音，這樣我更容易入睡，讓我感到安心。
第四小問“explain why you can't live without it” 為什么它在你的生活中不可或缺
這個小問大家可以從，本身功效+給你帶來的價值+如果沒有的話的不好后果，三個層面來說，比如化妝品讓我變得更美，也讓我變得更加自信，更加從容地面對一切，如果沒有化妝的話，我會覺得這一天都比較down。

I would like to say that the indispensable thing in my life is music. I believe that a majority of people will listen to music while working or doing sports which could brighten your mood and help forget annoyed things temporarily. As for me, I almost listen to music no matter what I do except learning in that it may distract me and decrease the learning efficiency. However, while walking on the way to the office(classroom), music is just like my friends so that I don’t feel lonely Meanwhile, music is able to kill time especially when I feel a little bit down. Once I hear my favourite music, I will get energetic and refreshed, consequently, my preference goes to that playing some melodious songs before starting working. As for the functions of songs, it is also a favourite way to learn English and my speaking. When it comes to the reason why music is indispensable in my life, there are two main justifications. One is that listening to music can relax me and alleviate my stress from a whole day of working. What’s more, every time when I feel tedious, music can accompany me like a friend. In conclusion, I can not live without music.
