Well, I believe learning new stuff is also very important and beneficial to retired folks because ... for starters, learning can be fun, and ... also challenging the brain in new ways can help to keep them mentally sharp. While they’re working, this often comes with the territory: learning about their jobs, mastering new skills along the way ... But after people retire, they will have to be more proactive ... I mean, they have to seek out new ways to stimulate their brains and new things to learn.
