話題分析
“保持健康的方式”是經(jīng)歷類的新題,其實(shí)“健康”也是一個(gè)老生常談的主題,上個(gè)季度就有一道“關(guān)于健康的文章”。
我們來看看可以如何串題:
因?yàn)樾柈?dāng)中有一個(gè)“Who you do it with”,所以可以把人物類的題目納入進(jìn)來,比如“想要共事的家人”、“喜歡一起聊天的朋友”、“想共度時(shí)光的人”
整個(gè)主題來說,可以串“積極改變”、“困難決定最終成功”、“別人講述的故事”(如,他減肥的故事)
第一小問“What it is” 是什么方式
保持健康的方式,一種是精神上的,一種是身體上的。精神上方式的比如定期冥想、找人傾訴、自我情緒調(diào)整等;身體上的比如保持健康的飲食、養(yǎng)成健身的習(xí)慣。
第二小問“When you do it”什么時(shí)候做
第二小問可以從幾個(gè)角度聊一下,什么時(shí)候/契機(jī)/原因下決定要開始這個(gè)保持健康的方式,做的頻率是什么樣的,一般是在什么時(shí)候做。
第三小問“Who you do it with”你和誰(shuí)一起
如果是有人一起做,那就介紹一下這個(gè)人的身份、和你的關(guān)系、為什么你們會(huì)一起保持健康,如果是沒有人一起做,也可以聊一下是不是有人一直在鼓勵(lì)你、監(jiān)督你、陪伴你。
第四小問“explain why you think this method is important” 為什么你覺得這個(gè)方式重要
為什么重要可以從三個(gè)方面來聊,一個(gè)是這個(gè)方式的必要性,用這個(gè)方式可以如何保持健康,比如通過控制飲食,保證營(yíng)養(yǎng)的均衡,不要過渡攝入油、鹽、糖等,讓我們不會(huì)肥胖、或缺乏維生素等。還有一個(gè)是這個(gè)方式的效果,能很好地達(dá)到健康的目的,比如是身體線條更好了還是皮膚變得好了等。最后一個(gè)就是合適自己,自己試過其他保持健康的方式,但是無法堅(jiān)持,而這個(gè)方式自己能夠持續(xù)做下去,所以非常重要。
03 One thing I do to keep fit is to work out with a controlled diet and I will go to the gym at the same time. I usually work out three to four times a week, and I usually have a plan for each day’s training. The most common routine I will use is to do the chest workout on the first day, back comes the second, then shoulder, and then legs.
When it comes to the frequency and schedule how I have physical training,it depends on how busy I am during the week to go to the gym, therefore, when I am too busy in a week, I might have a longer gap between each workout date. I began going to the gym in grade 11, at that time, there was one in my friend’s apartment, I will go find her after we had all done homework. Now, I work out either with one friend, or by myself. The reason why I think this method is important is that I can feel myself when I am doing exercises. I can feel my body parts taking place, and they are trained to be stronger and stronger. Besides, I can clearly feel my body is becoming fit and healthy as I am working out. This feeling makes me feel vernal and energetic in daily life.
