There was a memorable experience when I had an interview with the president Dong Mingzhu last summer holiday with my instructor. Although I was as busy as a bee at that time，what I had learnt made it all worthwhile. When I got the notice that I had the opportunity to meet such a brilliant businesswoman, I felt extremely excited because it's rare and I could learn traits from her while interviewing. As for the preparation, I made a list first of what I needed to allocate and how to arrange the scene. it cost me a couple of days and because I was the person chiefly in charge, every detail had to fall into place in person. This is the main reason why I was engaged in the preparation of the interview and had no private time. When the day was approaching, I reconfirmed that everyone know their duties to avoid the confusion on the spot. When it comes to the reason why I was busy mainly because this interview was vital and formal, so every step should be as orderly as possible. After this successful interview, I felt that opportunities are reserved for those who are prepared. Because of my major expenditure of time and effort, this interview was very successful. besides, from president Dong, I also learned how important it is to be well prepared.
